Town of Jackson

The heart of the valley. Town is one of the most fun places to enjoy the Jackson Hole lifestyle with a bustling arts and culinary scene. Properties in town range from one bedroom condos to large family residences all within walking or biking distance to the town square.

Teton Village

On the west side of the valley, located at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. A resort village with lodging, resorts, shopping, restaurants and spas. Summer or winter, “The Village,” as locals refer to it, serves as a base for a range of recreational and lifestyle pursuits.

West of Town

The properties on and around East and West Gros Ventre buttes that sit between the Town of Jackson and the Snake River, feature some of the most important protected landscapes in Jackson Hole. Additionally, this area is encompasses the West Bank of the Snake River and stretches south down Fall Creek Road and north of Highway 22, including Teton Pines and the Aspens.

North of Town

The area north of the Town of Jackson towards the airport, most commonly known for the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, which boasts a blend of the rugged west and a Robert Trent-Jones II -designed golf course. As you continue north, the area features subdivisions, such as Solitude and Upper and Lower Cascade as well as properties in Moran, Wyoming, which offer full views of the Teton Mountains. Many of these subdivisions are tucked off main roads and have Snake River access.

South of Town

The area known as South Park is the open expanse of land that spreads south from Jackson Hole High School and High School Road. South Park offers property that can feel separated from town, but is quite convenient to the bike path and services of town. It features relatively affordable neighborhoods such as Rafter J and Melody Ranch

Star Valley, Wyoming

This area includes Alpine, Afton, Thayne and Star Valley Ranch as well as the communities of Etna, Freedom, Grover, Smoot, Fairview, Osmond, Auburn, Bedford and Turnerville. Located 35 miles south of Jackson Hole, Star Valley offers amazing outdoor opportunities as the valley is surrounded by national forests and four major rivers.
