Ryan’s expertise in Jackson Hole real estate is truly superb. Since his entrance into the Teton County market in 2004, he’s helped many families buy and sell homes and property in the valley. In addition to his previous experience as the owner and principal of a real estate company, as well as a project manager for luxury homes and communities, he was recognized as the fifth top-producing agent in the state of Wyoming in 2018.
With agricultural roots that run five generations deep in the Texas panhandle, Ryan has always understood the importance of honesty, hard work, and authentic relationships. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Baylor University and spent a year working abroad in Italy before deciding that Jackson Hole was home. He served as a President of both the MLS Board of TBOR and the Teton Board of Realtors® and is a recent graduate of the prestigious Leadership Jackson Hole program. He also volunteers with various non-profits around the area.

Raised in West Texas, Rachel Elliott developed a strong work ethic, a commitment to integrity, and a people-first approach that continue to define her real estate career today. After earning her bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University, she moved to Jackson Hole in 2004 and quickly discovered a deep connection to the community and its way of life.
Rachel entered property management in 2007 and earned her real estate license in 2008, giving her clients a well-rounded perspective on ownership, investment, and the local market. Since joining Compass Real Estate in 2020, she has built a reputation for her professionalism, honesty, and genuine nature. She takes pride in listening closely to her clients’ goals and guiding them with clarity, care, and persistence—whether they’re purchasing their first home, relocating to Jackson, or selling a cherished property.
In recognition of her dedication, Rachel was awarded the Compass Award in 2024 and currently serves as a board member for the MLS Board, where she helps shape the future of real estate in Teton County.
Rachel lives in Melody Ranch with her family, where they enjoy camping, fly fishing, and exploring the unmatched beauty of western Wyoming.
